1.1. Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via standard shipping typically take 7 to 10 business days to  arrive. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

1.2. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing and shipping distance. Shipping times for international orders may vary and will be provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors, including the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of your order, and your shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please note that order processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Please be aware that some items may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or shipping destination. If your order contains restricted items, we will notify you and provide alternative options if available.

6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other issues, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the matter. If we are unable to deliver the package successfully, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier and your local authorities to report the issue.
